At Green Table Lounge, you’ll be welcomed by our talented head chefs, Jan Leština and Jiří Paur. Both bring extensive fine dining experience from Michelin-starred restaurants in the Czech Republic and abroad, specializing in French and Mediterranean cuisine, with a focus on the highest-quality fresh ingredients and perfectly balanced flavors.

Jan Leština

Our head chef Jan Leština discovered his passion for gastronomy early during his studies, beginning his career at the prestigious Four Seasons Hotel Prague. There, he gained his skills in fine dining, further developing his expertise during four years in leading seafood restaurants in Dorset, Southern England. Today, he brings his culinary artistry to Green Table Lounge.

Jiří Paur

Our second head chef, Jiří Paur, pursued his culinary education immediately after his studies in Germany’s renowned Rhine wine region. He then spent four years gaining experience in top French restaurants in Prague, mainly under Chef Jan Kracík at the former Palác Kinských restaurant. He now fully applies his knowledge and passion for gastronomy at Green Table Lounge.

Karel Hikeš

Our experienced sommelier, Karel Hikeš, brings years of expertise gained in France to Green Table Lounge. He has curated a wine list featuring over 100 French wines, with a special emphasis on Burgundy, complemented by exceptional selections from Germany, Austria, and the Czech Republic. Champagne enthusiasts will appreciate the extensive range of both prestigious houses and boutique niche producers.
